• Cleaning and inspecting filters, coils, and drain lines.

• Checking refrigerant levels, pressures, and topping up if required.

• Inspecting electrical connections, wiring, and safety controls.

• Examining fan motors, compressors, belts, and pulleys for smooth operation.

• Lubricating moving parts and bearings to reduce wear.

• Calibrating thermostats and testing system performance.

• Inspecting insulation, capacitors, and PCBs.

• Confirming airflow and overall efficiency.

📅 We schedule four maintenance visits per year, and after each visit you receive a full service report with recommendations.

2. Corrective Maintenance

Even with the best care, unexpected issues can happen. That’s why our contracts include full corrective support:

• Unlimited emergency repair calls during working hours (08:00 AM – 05:30 PM, except Sundays).

• Guaranteed response within 12 hours for urgent breakdowns (spare parts availability permitting).
